ARACHNID ACUPUNCTURE

“Don't... move...” mutters the miniature spider as its forelegs begin to glow. Then— in a rush of jabbing motions, pierces you all over! A sense of weightlessness comes over you. Well worth the money.

BREATHING TECHNIQUES

“Visualize your airways staying open... Each breath is meaningful.” You practice the technique in a way that makes sense to you.

EMOTIONAL AWARENESS

The teeny-weeny spider begins a hypnotic dance and repeatedly chants. “Thoughts don't affect reality. Panic is the thought-killer. Follow the plan.” This makes sense to you. Big wise words from a tiny spider.
