Silent Card Tier List
The best Silent cards in Slay the Spire 2 right now, ranked by Codex Score from community runs, including the most underrated pick on the whole roster.
Ratings come from community-submitted runs: Codex Score grades a card's win rate when picked against the average, so B is average and S warps runs. This is Silent as of mid-July 2026 on the main branch; the live tier list updates continuously and can slice by bracket.
The top of the list
[[Sneaky]] tops the chart at a 56.9% win rate, but it is a co-op card (Block whenever another player attacks). Solo players should check the Solo bracket before drafting it on reputation.
The all-mode stars are [[Adrenaline]] (55% win, 65.5% pick rate, the most trusted card in the pool) and [[Blade of Ink]] (54.8%). Free energy and cards has no downside, and Inky Shivs scale with everything Silent already wants to do.
The one to actually learn from is [[Malaise]]: a 54.8% win rate on an 18.8% pick rate. Players skip it and the data says they are wrong. X cost Strength removal plus Weak neuters exactly the fights that kill Silent runs.
The engine pieces
[[Abrasive]], [[Afterimage]], [[Fan of Knives]], and [[Tools of the Trade]] all rate A tier between 52 and 54%. Afterimage gets picked on sight (54.9%) and earns it. Fan of Knives converts a shiv deck from single-target to board clear, which is the difference in act 2. [[Assassinate]] (53.7%) is the rare attack that fits every build.
Solid picks
[[Storm of Steel]] and [[Expose]] hold B tier. Expose is the highest-picked uncommon here (45.3%) and performs to its rating, not above it.
The traps
[[Dagger Spray]] props up the floor at a 33.4% win rate. Multi-hit chip damage does not justify a card slot in this pool.
The relics
Silent's relic pool is the strongest in the game, graded on the relic tier list. Relic win rates run high everywhere (relic count correlates with surviving), so trust the tiers over the raw percentages.
[[relic:Tough Bandages]] is a perfect 100 Codex Score at a 69% win rate, the highest-rated relic in the game: discard synergy turns into free Block on a character built around discarding. [[relic:Paper Krane]] (66.9%) and [[relic:Helical Dart]] (65.6%) join it in S tier, and the drop-off barely exists: even the pool's worst pickups, like [[relic:Ring of the Drake]], sit at C rather than F. There is no real trap here; if a Silent-pool relic is offered, the data says take it.
Full numbers, per-act splits, and Codex Elo are on the card metrics page. Disagree? Upload your runs and change the data.
