Subscribe to the Spire Codex mod on the Steam Workshop. It tracks your runs in-game and uploads them automatically, no manual work needed.
Get the mod on Steam WorkshopUpload at least one run
Finish a run with the mod active and it uploads on its own. You can also upload a.runfile from your profile.
Want in-game lookups and a live overlay too? Grab our Overwolf overlay. It does not affect your entry either way.
Free mail-in entry (no purchase necessary)
You do not have to play or install anything to enter. To enter by mail, hand-write a 3x5 card with your full name, mailing address, email address, and (if you have one) your Steam ID, and send it to:

One entry per outer mailing envelope, hand-addressed. Mail-in entries must be postmarked within the contest period and received within 7 days of the end date. Mail-in entrants are entered into the same drawing on equal footing as online entrants.

Dates: July 7, 2026, 5:00 PM PT to August 7, 2026, 5:00 PM PT. Entries outside this window are not eligible.
Eligibility: Open only to legal residents of the fifty United States and D.C. who are 18 or older at time of entry. Void where prohibited.
How to enter: Either complete the three steps above (sign in with Steam, install the Spire Codex mod, and upload at least one run during the contest period), or use the free mail-in method described above. Limit one entry per person.
Prize: One (1) Artovision Slay the Spire 2 shadowbox. Approximate retail value $149.99. One winner. Prize is non-transferable and no cash equivalent, except at the sponsor's discretion.
Winner selection: One winner chosen at random from all eligible entries after the end date, and notified by Steam ID within 7 days. If a winner does not respond within 7 days, an alternate may be selected.
